Dr. Florenci V. González
Full Professor
Dr. Florenci V. González leads our research team with a wealth of experience in organic and medicinal chemistry. He got his PhD at Universitat Jaume I in 1995. Between 1997 and 1998 he did a post doctoral stay at Prof. W.R. Roush group at Indiana University and University of Michigan and then with Prof. R.M. Williams at Colorado State University. In 2001 became Associate Professor at UJI, and since 2023 he is Full Professor of Organic Chemistry at UJI. He is also Head of the Inorganic and Organic Chemistry Department.
Dr. Santiago Rodríguez
Professor
Dr. Santiago Rodríguez brings extensive expertise in organic chemistry to our research group. He got his PhD from Universitat de València in 1992. Then he did two post doctoral stays: one at University of Birmingham with laureated Nobel Prize J. Fraser Stoddart and then at Universidad del País Vasco with Prof. Claudio Palomo. He is Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry at UJI since 1999.
